Gas Fuel Systems

gas turbineWe offer gas fuel systems consisting of a vent-free shut-off system and single electrically actuated gas fuel throttle valve.

The throttle system is calibrated so that our governing system can schedule the appropriate open loop fuel limitations for starting, compressor anti-surge, flame blow-out avoidance and fuel changeover (for multi-fuel systems). The system is compensated as appropriate for changes in gas supply temperature and pressure. The positioning of the throttle valve is such that flow control is very precise over all operating conditions.

We can additionally offer fuel gas isolation, pressure reduction or compression, filtering, heating and other treatment systems as may be required in addition to shut-off and throttle control. Our system is electronically adjustable to work with any gas fuel as characterised by lower heating value and specific gravity parameters.


Liquid Fuel Systems

gas turbinesAs with gas fuel systems our liquid fuel systems are calibrated and metering is performed by a single control element.

This may be either a conventional throttle valve with recycle differential pressure regulator or a metering pump which is an integrated unit powered by either electric motor or an auxiliary drive from the turbine. In the latter case, the metering pump supports black station start without any auxiliary power sources.

We can additionally offer boost and transfer pumping systems, fuel:water separators, filters as well as shut-off systems. Our system is electronically adjustable to work with any liquid fuel as characterised by lower heating value and specific gravity parameters.
