The British subsidiary HEINZMANN UK Ltd. founded in 1984 is a specialist in turbine control and installs or retrofits control systems on turbines throughout the world. Development, production, repair and servicing are all carried out on site.
HEINZMANN CHINA
HEINZMANN China - HEINZMANN Power Control (Jiaxing) Co. Ltd. has been presenting the products of the entire HEINZMANN Group on the Chinese market since 2000. In addition, HEINZMANN China produces control panels, cables, actuators and gas engine components for industrial combustion engines in its own factory.

REGULATEURS EUROPA has two production and development sites and has been part of the HEINZMANN Group since 2005.
REGULATEURS EUROPA B.V. in The Netherlands develops and manufactures a wide range of hydraulic governors and actuators.
Regulateurs Europa (United Kingdom)
The second facility is the UK based REGULATEURS EUROPA Ltd., which, not only continues to develop the RE range of governors and actuators and is the development and support centre for the successful range of Viking digital controllers found at the heart of its propulsion control systems, but is also a centre of expertise for complex industrial power management system.
HEINZMANN Automation
Since 2010, the subsidiary HEINZMANN Automation AS in Norway has extended the product portfolio with its automation and monitoring systems for commercial and military shipping.
CPK Automotive
HEINZMANN acquired a controlling interest in Münster-based CPK Automotive GmbH & Co. KG in 2013. The company’s main line of business is the development and production of exhaust aftertreatment monitoring and control systems.
HEINZMANN AUSTRALIA
When it took over DAWSON TECHNOLOGY in 2014, the Group gained a market leader in the field of steam turbine control and power generation, which has since been reincorporated as HEINZMANN Australia Pty Ltd.
Giro Engineering
Founded in 1980, Giro Engineering Ltd. is a UK based designer and manufacturer of high-pressure fuel injection pipework and associated components for diesel engines and
member of the HEINZMANN Group since January 2020.
HEINZMANN IFT GmbH
Since 2022 IFT GmbH is member of the Group. IFT is a globally active company engaged in the development, production and distribution of high-quality blow-by filters and sees itself as a technology leader in the field of crankcase ventilation systems and oil mist separators.
