REGULATEURS EUROPA has two production and development sites and has been part of the HEINZMANN Group since 2005.

Since 2010, the subsidiary HEINZMANN Automation AS in Norway has extended the product portfolio with its automation and monitoring systems for commercial and military shipping.
CPK Automotive
HEINZMANN acquired a controlling interest in Münster-based CPK Automotive GmbH & Co. KG in 2013. The company’s main line of business is the development and production of exhaust aftertreatment monitoring and control systems.
HEINZMANN AUSTRALIA
When it took over DAWSON TECHNOLOGY in 2014, the Group gained a market leader in the field of steam turbine control and power generation, which has since been reincorporated as HEINZMANN Australia Pty Ltd.

Founded in 1980, Giro Engineering Ltd. is a UK based designer and manufacturer of high-pressure fuel injection pipework and associated components for diesel engines and
member of the HEINZMANN Group since January 2020.

Since 2022 IFT GmbH is member of the Group. IFT is a globally active company engaged in the development, production and distribution of high-quality blow-by filters and sees itself as a technology leader in the field of crankcase ventilation systems and oil mist separators.
